Congrats on a great fight and tournament. Great job by runner-up la-may in reaching the final and nearly overcoming his second straight bad matchup.
That was a bit of a whacky final with the scoring all over the place.
I know some of you will look at rounds where la-may outlanded WCOa and wonder how he didn't win them.
I saw the fight plans, obviously, and I can tell you la-may was using much more power and less defence than WCOA and would have probably been taking a lot more damage as WCOA played it pretty conservative. Still, it made for some interesting reading and scoring.
WCOA has always been one of the better kept secrets at the elite level. It's no secret anymore, WCOA is not only one of our truly best managers he is CIT Champion.
